House Monitor
Under the supervision of the Shelter Manager, the per diem House Monitor assists residents with daily tasks and assists in maintaining the physical aspects of the emergency safe home. House monitors answer hotline calls as needed, conduct room checks, and help residents adhere to guidelines to ensure safety for all. Successful candidates should have the ability to work evening, weekend, and/or overnight shifts. High school diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of the dynamics of domestic violence preferred. Maintenance
Experienced Maintenance Worker needed for confidential residential facility and office space. The Facilities Manager is responsible for the physical upkeep of all agency locations. Other tasks include maintaining appliances, ensuring all systems are inspected as required and performing minor repairs. The facilities manager is also responsible for the upkeep of agency vehicles, lawn maintenance and general cleaning.
- Knowledge of Department of Social Services, State, Town, County, Fire & Health Department standards and codes a plus.
- Some heavy lifting is required.
- Emergency on-call availability required

Hotline Worker
Compassionate individual with exceptional listening skills needed to answer hotline calls for domestic violence agency. The Hotline Worker is responsible for conducting phone screenings for individuals seeking, emergency shelter, counseling, and/or legal advocacy. The Hotline Worker reviews safety planning and referrals as needed.
Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care and community resources a plus.
