Brighter Tomorrows endeavors to provide a rich array of positive experiences to residents during their time in our shelter. Though safety is our chief concern, Brighter Tomorrows’ residential program also establishes structure for women and children who have previously been exposed to the chaos of abuse. Residents are offered the opportunity to engage in enriching, informative, and empowering workshops several times a week. Brighter Tomorrows seeks dedicated professionals to share their expertise with our clients.
Currently, we are especially interested in partnering with anyone who can teach our residents stress-reduction techniques, mindfulness and meditation, budgeting skills, resume writing, and interviewing skills. We would also love to expose our clients to the benefits of art therapy, provide health screenings for them and their children, and offer them the opportunity to connect with housing experts and realtors.
